When people asked AI, Reddit answered.
People were asking AI assistants about their free credit reports and getting answers built on Reddit threads and misinformation instead of the official source. I wrote all of the copy for the new website, structured so AI assistants could find it, trust it and answer with it. After the redesign launched, AI still wasn't surfacing the site, so they brought me back. I ran it through my own AI-visibility scoring system, pinpointed what was blocking the assistants, and handed the developers a prioritized list of fixes.

Part 1 — The copy
I wrote all the copy for the new website, making it easy to understand and organizing each page around the questions people actually ask. This also helps AI assistants find relevant information when answering those questions.

Part 2 — The diagnosis
After the redesign launched, AI assistants still weren't surfacing the site. They brought me back to find out why. I ran the site through my own AI-visibility scoring system, identified what was blocking the assistants from reaching and citing the content, and delivered a prioritized list of fixes for their developers.
